Excellence is what our communities expect, but excellence doesn’t just happen. This program addresses many of the factors that are necessary ingredients in providing high quality service. The responsibilities of command, effective training and keys to success in the first ten minutes on the fireground will be examined. The program will conclude with 10 Rules for Fireground Excellence.

The program is beneficial for officers of all ranks and those who act up in an officer capacity. This program is also well suited for any firefighter who aspires to a leadership role, be it in a formal or informal capacity.
